Our June trial run of a Wood Fired Pizza concept at Mussel Boys over 3 weeks was well received and enabled us to get a great feel for the future operation even though the weather was challenging.
We have decided to complete the interior of the existing restaurant and add further kitchen facilities to enable a more comprehensive casual Wood Fired Pizza, Mussel & Oyster style eatery. Our plan is to open with a full offering once Liquor license application is approved and other work completed. We anticipate this to be early spring.
